  • Yes, infrared saunas are safe and healthy. Infrared light helps cells regenerate among multiple other benefits.

  • You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in, but breathable clothing like cotton is recommended.

  • The typical sauna session is anywhere from 20-40 mins. It is dependent on how frequently you use a sauna and how well your body is able to regulate the heat. First time users are recommended to start at 20 mins and work their way from there.

  • Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol before using the sauna. We recommend rehydrating with IV therapy after your session.

  • Typical IR sauna temps range from 120° to 140° depending on individual tolerance. We don't recommend using the sauna hotter than 140°.
